CHICAGO, IL - September 12, 2022 - Zacks.com announces a list of stocks featured in its analyst blog. Each day, Zacks Equity Research analysts discuss the latest news and events affecting stocks and financial markets. Stocks recently featured on the blog include: Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corp . ACC, Perion Network Ltd. PERI, Dime Community Bancshares, Inc. DCOM and Technoglass Inc. TGLS.

Here are some highlights from Friday's analyst blog: 4 Stocks That Won't Raise Dividends

While the recent rally has fueled debate over whether we've bottomed out, that seems highly unlikely, with the Fed expected to raise rates another 75 basis points this month. Some experts say that we can end the year at 4%, which means that with 75 basis points this month, there is one more year to go.

The last thing the Fed wants is for consumers to go out and spend money, and that will happen this holiday season. So we don't know what the Fed will do. However, as the labor market continues to tighten (albeit softening) and personal income continues to rise (albeit in decline, including the latest July report), consumption (including non-food and energy) continues to rise, saving while the personal continues. the increase will be relatively stable at 5.0%.

The Fed has talked about pain, and these numbers clearly don't reflect that. We'll know more next week when the CPI data comes out, but it looks like the Fed is doing more. This means that there will be constant fluctuations in the market.

That's not necessarily a bad thing, as it creates opportunities to buy stocks on the cheap. Speaking of bargains, I've picked a few investors who seem to have given up today for some obscure reason. Because they continue to post successful quarters and increases and other positive factors support their business.

The story continues

Take Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corp., for example, which is down 15.8% year-to-date. You may think that the company's performance is very poor. But no Marriott has posted double-digit earnings surprises in three of the last four quarters (25.8% last quarter) and the fourth quarter average is 13.9%. The five analysts covering the stock have a buy or strong buy rating, according to Zacks.

Marriott's vacation property business is particularly well positioned right now. People are spending more on vacations, not only because they're stuck for longer, but also because a stronger dollar makes international travel more affordable.

Not surprisingly, then, analysts expect the company's revenue and earnings to grow 19.7% and 131.4%, respectively, this year, and another 6.6% and 21.2% next year.

Marriott also pays a dividend, currently yielding 1.74%.

In terms of valuation, the stock is trading about 25% above its 5-year moving average, 42% below the industry and 29% below the S&P 500. It's as cheap as that.

Perion Network Ltd. It is another movement of the same kind. This provider of digital advertising solutions for brands, agencies and publishers, mainly in North America and Europe, has seen a year-to-date decline of 11.7%. The company beat the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 24.4% last quarter. It has had double-digit profits in each of the last four quarters, an average of 39.4%. Estimates for 2022 and 2023 are up 5.6% and 7.8%, respectively, over the past 90 days. Additionally, four analysts rated the stock as long or outperform.

Analysts expect sales to grow 31.5% this year, and 16.4% next year. Earnings are expected to be just as strong, up 83.3% this year and 10.9% next year.

Perion shares are trading at a 17.7% discount to their five-year average. Those levels also represent a 58.9% discount to the industry average and a 32.3% discount to the S&P 500 index.

The stock has a Zacks Number. 1 (strong buy) rating.

Dime Community Bancshares, Inc. It is the holding company of Dime Community Bank, which offers a variety of commercial banking and financial services. DCOM shares are down 12.1% year-to-date, despite beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 18.8% last quarter (4Q average surprise 9.1%). Estimates for 2022 and 2023 are 7.3% and 7.4% higher, respectively.

Analysts are very optimistic about the outlook. Three of them have a buy rating on the stock and expect revenue and earnings growth in 2022 and 2023.

Dime Community's dividend yield is 3.11%.

Dime Community stock is trading at a 15.9% discount to its five-year average. It also has a 13.2% discount to the industry and a 51.9% discount to the S&P 500.

Tecnoglass Inc. lost. , which designs, manufactures and installs glass products and architectural systems for the commercial and residential construction industry, accounts for 14.7% of year-to-date value. But the company has outperformed by double digits in each of the past four quarters, an average of 24.4%. Four analysts rated the stock a buy or top cap. They increased the estimate for 2022 by 14.7% and the estimate for 2023 by 13.3%.

Currently, Tecnoglass's revenue will grow by 28.2% in 2022 and a further 10.3% in 2023. Profits are expected to increase by 47.7% and 12.5%, respectively.

It still pays a 1.16% dividend today.

Shares are trading at 24.9% of their five-year average levels. They also trade at 48.9% of the sector and 53.7% of the S&P 500.
